Based in Mid Wales, NatSol Ltd was started by Andrew Warren and Nick Grant in 2005 following many years combined experience of designing and installing composting toilets. Both have long established links with The Centre for Alternative Technology Wales. |

The team
NatSol Ltd has two directors, Andrew Warren, and Nick Grant
Andrew Warren.
|
Andrew is the Managing Director of NatSol Ltd which he set up as an offshoot of his ecological design and building company Natural Solutions. Andrew has a degree in Physics and has worked as an ecological builder and design consultant for 20 years. He was involved in a government study of energy use in non-domestic buildings and has advised on energy conservation and renewable energy systems. He has been designing, building and using composting toilets for the last 15 years including the COMPUS TWIN with its innovative urine separation system. |

Nick Grant.
| Nick became technical director thereby formalising a long-term compost toilet collaboration with Andrew. Nick's main work is as the principal of Elemental Solutions a water and energy consultancy specialising in Passivhaus buildings. Originally trained in Engineering Design, Nick has been interested in compost toilets since the early 80s. He has been designing and building compost toilets since 1996 and has built his low-energy home around a very fine example. |

Chris Frost
| Chris is the General Manager of NatSol. He had previously run Natural Foods Ltd, a company involved in retailing organic and wholefoods and natural medicines. Chris is a qualified forestry contractor with experience in upland farming. His other career experience has included working as a local government officer in the public housing sector and a number of years in the sales and marketing industry. |

Ellen Hughes
| Ellen is responsible for Natsol's day to day administration and handles enquiries when Chris and Andy are busy. She assists with marketing and with preparation of components in the workshop. She has been involved in site work and is quite familiar with the whole process from manufacture through installation to after sales support. |

Paul Jervis
| Paul Jervis of Chameleon Services masterminds the production of all steel and stainless steel components including our box profile clad building which is popular on sites where there is a risk of vandalism. He is involved with product development. |
